First BRMC tour in two years, with no new album to promote but was once again a sell-out. They played a long set, mixing their hits and fan favourites in with songs not played on recent tours, including Awake, Heart and Soul and 666 Conducer. Yet to see BRMC do a bad show, and Robert Been reminded me of how I always wanted to play the bass like him, pointing it to the crowd like a gun, and just generally being cool.
Good set by Carl Barat and the Jackals, too, two days after he played Glastonbury with the Libertines. Good man.
